Tasbih of Prophet Yunus

Explanation
This tasbih is attributed to Prophet Yunus (Jonah, peace be upon him). It mentions Allah’s names al-Qabid and al-Basit (the One who constricts and the One who expands), reminding us that both hardship and ease come from the same Hand. This text in the source book is a separate tasbih, different from the famous dua found in the Quran, “La ilaha illa anta subhanaka inni kuntu minaz-zalimin.”
