The morning duas are recited after the Fajr prayer until sunrise, and the evening duas after Asr until Maghrib. These two times are also mentioned specifically in the Quran as times for dhikr.
The short dua beginning “Asbahna wa asbahal-mulku lillah” and Sayyid al-Istighfar are the most widely recited. In the evening the same dua is recited in the form “amsayna”.
Duas that the source recommends reciting three times are marked separately on their pages. For the others, the number is up to you; consistency matters more than the number.
