Meaning
In the name of Allah. O Allah, You are the First and the Last, the Manifest and the Hidden; You are the Giver. None can withhold what You give, none can give what You withhold, and none can turn back what You decree. In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in the heavens can cause harm. I seek refuge in You from the fire of Hell. O Most Generous, for the sake of Ha Mim and the clear Book; We sent it down on a blessed night, We are ever warning; as a mercy from your Lord. By Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful. O Allah, I ask of You: O Allah, O Eternal, O Ever-Living, O Self-Sustaining, O Unique One, O Most Loving, O Self-Sufficient, O You who neither begets nor was begotten and to whom none is equal. O You who fulfil needs and answer supplications, fulfil my need; O Most Compassionate, O Bestower of favours, O Sovereign; for the sake of the Quran and for the sake of Muhammad, peace be upon him.
