مَن يَأۡتِيهِ عَذَابࣱ يُخۡزِيهِ وَيَحِلُّ عَلَيۡهِ عَذَابࣱ مُّقِيمٌ ﴿٤٠﴾

Mey ye´tıhi azabüy yuhzıhi ve yehıllü aleyhi azabüm mükıym

“Who it is to whom comes a Penalty of ignominy, and on whom descends a Penalty that abides”
