Surah Al-Ma'idah, Verse 40

أَلَمۡ تَعۡلَمۡ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَهُۥ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَغۡفِرُ لِمَن يَشَآءُۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءࣲ قَدِيرࣱ‏ ﴿٤٠﴾

E lem ta´lem ennellahe lehu mülküs semavati vel erdı yüazzibü mey yeşaü ve yağfiru li mey yeşa´ vallahü ala külli yeş´in kadır

“Knowest thou not that to God (alone) belongeth the dominion of the heavens and the earth? He punisheth whom He pleaseth, and He forgiveth whom He pleaseth: and God hath power over all things”
