Surah At-Tawbah, Verse 45

إِنَّمَا يَسۡتَـٔۡذِنُكَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِ وَٱرۡتَابَتۡ قُلُوبُهُمۡ فَهُمۡ فِي رَيۡبِهِمۡ يَتَرَدَّدُونَ ﴿٤٥﴾

İnnema yeste´zinükellezıne la yü´minune billahi vel yevmil ahıri vertabet kulubühüm fe hüm fı raybihim yeteraddedun

“Only those ask thee for exemption who believe not in God and the Last Day, and whose hearts are in doubt, so that they are tossed in their doubts to and fro”
