Surah At-Tawbah, Verse 84

وَلَا تُصَلِّ عَلَىٰٓ أَحَدࣲ مِّنۡهُم مَّاتَ أَبَدࣰ ا وَلَا تَقُمۡ عَلَىٰ قَبۡرِهِۦٓۖ إِنَّهُمۡ كَفَرُواْ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَمَاتُواْ وَهُمۡ فَٰسِقُونَ ﴿٨٤﴾

Ve la tüsalli ala ehadim minhüm mate ebedev ve la tekum ala kabrih innehüm keferu billahi ve rasulihı ve matu ve hüm fasikun

“Nor do thou ever pray for any of them that dies, nor stand at his grave; for they rejected God and His Apostle, and died in a state of perverse rebellion”
