Dua Text

Meaning
O Allah! You surely know what I do in secret and in the open, so accept my excuse. You also know my needs, so grant me what I ask. And You know what is within me, so forgive my sins.
O my Lord! I ask You for such faith and certainty in my heart that I know nothing will touch me except what You have decreed. And I ask You, O Allah, that I be content with what You have apportioned.
What Is Asked in This Dua
In this dua three things are asked: that your excuse be accepted, that your needs be met and that your sins be forgiven. It then asks for faith that penetrates the heart, sincere certainty and contentment with divine decree. In other words, the servant wishes to attain peace of heart, knowing that nothing will touch them except what has been decreed.
When and How to Recite
It is recited after circling the Kaaba seven times (seven circuits), at the end of the tawaf. There are separate duas recited at each point during the tawaf; this dua is the one for after the tawaf is completed.
