Meaning
All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds. The final outcome belongs to those who fear Allah. May blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad Mustafa ﷺ, and upon his family and companions. Our Lord! Accept from us, O Allah, our prayer, our fasting, our standing, our recitation, our bowing, our prostrations, our sitting, our tashahhud (at-tahiyyat), our tasbih, our tahlil and our humble pleas. Complete our shortcomings, and do not throw the worship we have done back in our faces, our Lord. O Allah! Protect us and our religion; do not deprive us of faith at the moment of our death; do not set the merciless upon us. Grant us good in matters of this world and the Hereafter. Surely You have power over all things. O our Lord who ever changes all states, change our state into the best of states. O Allah, You are the Pardoning, You love to pardon, so pardon us. O Possessor of hidden kindnesses, make us safe from what we fear. O Allah, by Your generosity and Your mercy, grant us the preservation of the messengers, the inspiration of the prophets and the understanding of the friends of Allah (awliya). O Allah! We ask You for deep understanding in religion, abundant knowledge, sufficient provision (rizq) and health of body; we ask that You grant us repentance before death, an easy death, and good outcomes in the affairs of this world and the Hereafter. O Allah, our Lord! Give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire. O Allah! Forgive me, my parents and all the believers on the Day of Reckoning, O Lord. Your Lord, the Lord of might, is exalted and far above what the disbelievers ascribe to Him. Peace be upon all the messengers. All praise belongs to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.
