Dua Text

Meaning
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Praise be to Allah, whose handiwork is above the heights. He is Allah, the One and Only, who prevails over all His creation; what He has created reaches down to the depths of the earth.
Send blessings upon the one who shines like the moon, send blessings upon the light of guidance, send blessings upon the best of creation; that is, upon the chosen Prophet, Muhammad Mustafa.
Send blessings also upon those who follow him and upon his wives; they are the ones who found the right path through him, the people of presence and purity.
Alas, alas! I have wasted my life, woe is me, woe is me. My limbs have lost their strength; parting is upon me, parting is upon me.
My eyes are blind to the lessons, my heart has darkened with desire, my life has run out in heedlessness. O our Lord, O our Lord.
Long hopes have deceived me, good deeds have slipped from my hands, the hour of my death has come upon me. O our Lord, O our Lord.
Make our feet firm on the bridge of Sirat, make our scales heavy, forgive our disobedience. O our Lord, O our Lord.
