Surah Ibrahim

الٓرۚ كِتَٰبٌ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ إِلَيۡكَ لِتُخۡرِجَ ٱلنَّاسَ مِنَ ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِ بِإِذۡنِ رَبِّهِمۡ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطِ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡحَمِيدِ ﴿١﴾

Elif lam ra kitabün enzelnahü ileyke li tuhricen nase minez zulümati ilen nuri bi izni rabbihim ila sıratıl azızil hamıd

“L. R. A Book which We have revealed unto thee, in order that thou mightest lead mankind out of the depths of darkness into light - by the leave of their Lord - to the Way of (Him) the Exalted in power, worthy of all praise”

ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِي لَهُۥ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ وَوَيۡلࣱ لِّلۡكَٰفِرِينَ مِنۡ عَذَابࣲ شَدِيدٍ ﴿٢﴾

Allahillezı lehu ma fis semavati ve ma fil ard ve veylül lil kafirıne min azabin şedıd

“Of God, to Whom do belong all things in the heavens and on earth! But alas for the Unbelievers for a terrible penalty (their Unfaith will bring them)”

ٱلَّذِينَ يَسۡتَحِبُّونَ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا عَلَى ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ وَيَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَيَبۡغُونَهَا عِوَجًاۚ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ فِي ضَلَٰلِۭ بَعِيدࣲ‏ ﴿٣﴾

Ellezıne yestehıbbunel hayated dünya alel ahırati ve yesuddune an sebılillahi ve yebğuneha ıveca´ ülaike fı dalalim beıyd

“Those who love the life of this world more than the Hereafter, who hinder (men) from the Path of God and seek therein something crooked: they are astray by a long distance”

وَمَآ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مِن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا بِلِسَانِ قَوۡمِهِۦ لِيُبَيِّنَ لَهُمۡۖ فَيُضِلُّ ٱللَّهُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَهۡدِي مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ﴿٤﴾

Ve ma erselna mir rasulin illa bi lisani kavmihı li yübeyyine lehüm fe yüdıllüllahü mey yeşaü ve yehdı mey yeşa´ ve hüvel azızül hakım

“We sent not an apostle except (to teach) in the language of his (own) people, in order to make (things) clear to them. Now God leaves straying those whom He pleases and guides whom He pleases: and He is Exalted in power, full of Wisdom”

وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مُوسَىٰ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ أَنۡ أَخۡرِجۡ قَوۡمَكَ مِنَ ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِ وَذَكِّرۡهُم بِأَيَّىٰمِ ٱللَّهِۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَٰتࣲ لِّكُلِّ صَبَّارࣲ شَكُورࣲ‏ ﴿٥﴾

Ve le kad erselna musa bi ayatina en ahric kavmeke minez zulümati ilen nuri ve zekkirhüm bi eyyamillah inne fı zalike le ayatil li külli sabbarin şekur

“We sent Moses with Our signs (and the command). "Bring out thy people from the depths of darkness into light, and teach them to remember the Days of God." Verily in this there are Signs for such as are firmly patient and constant,- grateful and appreciative”

وَإِذۡ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوۡمِهِ ٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَةَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡ إِذۡ أَنجَىٰكُم مِّنۡ ءَالِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ يَسُومُونَكُمۡ سُوٓءَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ وَيُذَبِّحُونَ أَبۡنَآءَكُمۡ وَيَسۡتَحۡيُونَ نِسَآءَكُمۡۚ وَفِي ذَٰلِكُم بَلَآءࣱ مِّن رَّبِّكُمۡ عَظِيمࣱ‏ ﴿٦﴾

Ve iz kale musa li kavmihizkuru nı´metellahi aleyküm iz encaküm min ali fir´avne yesumuneküm suel azabi ve yüzebbihune ebnaeküm ve yestahyune nisaeküm ve fı zaliküm belaüm mir rabbiküm azıym

“Remember! Moses said to his people: "Call to mind the favour of God to you when He delivered you from the people of Pharaoh: they set you hard tasks and punishments, slaughtered your sons, and let your women-folk live: therein was a tremendous trial from your Lord”

وَإِذۡ تَأَذَّنَ رَبُّكُمۡ لَئِن شَكَرۡتُمۡ لَأَزِيدَنَّكُمۡۖ وَلَئِن كَفَرۡتُمۡ إِنَّ عَذَابِي لَشَدِيدࣱ‏ ﴿٧﴾

Ve iz teezzene rabbüküm le in şekertüm le ezıdenneküm ve le in kefertüm inne azabı leşedıd

“And remember! your Lord caused to be declared (publicly): "If ye are grateful, I will add more (favours) unto you; But if ye show ingratitude, truly My punishment is terrible indeed”

وَقَالَ مُوسَىٰٓ إِن تَكۡفُرُوٓاْ أَنتُمۡ وَمَن فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ جَمِيعࣰ ا فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَغَنِيٌّ حَمِيدٌ ﴿٨﴾

Ve kale musa in tekfüru entüm ve men fil erdı cemıan fe innellahe le ğaniyyün hamıd

“And Moses said: "If ye show ingratitude, ye and all on earth together, yet is God free of all wants, worthy of all praise”

أَلَمۡ يَأۡتِكُمۡ نَبَؤُاْ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِكُمۡ قَوۡمِ نُوحࣲ وَعَادࣲ وَثَمُودَ وَٱلَّذِينَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِمۡ لَا يَعۡلَمُهُمۡ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُۚ جَآءَتۡهُمۡ رُسُلُهُم بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ فَرَدُّوٓاْ أَيۡدِيَهُمۡ فِيٓ أَفۡوَٰهِهِمۡ وَقَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا كَفَرۡنَا بِمَآ أُرۡسِلۡتُم بِهِۦ وَإِنَّا لَفِي شَكࣲّ مِّمَّا تَدۡعُونَنَآ إِلَيۡهِ مُرِيبࣲ‏ ﴿٩﴾

E lem ye´tiküm nebeüllezıne min kabliküm kavmi nuhıv ve adiv ve semude vellezıne mim ba´dihim la ya´lemühüm ilellah caethüm rusülühüm bil beyyinati fe raddu eydiyehüm fı efvahihim ve kalu inna kefarna bima ürsiltüm bihı ve inna le fı şekkim mimma ted´unena ileyhi mürıb

“Has not the story reached you, (O people!), of those who (went) before you? - of the people of Noah, and 'Ad, and Thamud? - And of those who (came) after them? None knows them but God. To them came apostles with Clear (Signs); but they put their hands up to their mouths, and said: "We do deny (the mission) on which ye have been sent, and we are really in suspicious (disquieting) doubt as to that to which ye invite us”

۞قَالَتۡ رُسُلُهُمۡ أَفِي ٱللَّهِ شَكࣱّ فَاطِرِ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ يَدۡعُوكُمۡ لِيَغۡفِرَ لَكُم مِّن ذُنُوبِكُمۡ وَيُؤَخِّرَكُمۡ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلࣲ مُّسَمࣰّ ىۚ قَالُوٓاْ إِنۡ أَنتُمۡ إِلَّا بَشَرࣱ مِّثۡلُنَا تُرِيدُونَ أَن تَصُدُّونَا عَمَّا كَانَ يَعۡبُدُ ءَابَآؤُنَا فَأۡتُونَا بِسُلۡطَٰنࣲ مُّبِينࣲ‏ ﴿١٠﴾

Kalet rusülühüm e fillahi şekkün fatıris semavati vel ard yed´uküm li yağfira leküm min zünubiküm ve yüehhıraküm ila ecelim müsemma kalu in entüm illa beşerum mislüna türıdune en tesudduna amma kane ya´büdü abaüna fe´tuna bi sültanim mübın

“Their apostles said: "Is there a doubt about God, The Creator of the heavens and the earth? It is He Who invites you, in order that He may forgive you your sins and give you respite for a term appointed!" They said: "Ah! ye are no more than human, like ourselves! Ye wish to turn us away from the (gods) our fathers used to worship: then bring us some clear authority”

قَالَتۡ لَهُمۡ رُسُلُهُمۡ إِن نَّحۡنُ إِلَّا بَشَرࣱ مِّثۡلُكُمۡ وَلَٰكِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَمُنُّ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦۖ وَمَا كَانَ لَنَآ أَن نَّأۡتِيَكُم بِسُلۡطَٰنٍ إِلَّا بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِۚ وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَلۡيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ ﴿١١﴾

Kalet lehüm rusülühüm in nahnü illa beşerum mislüküm ve lakinnellahe yemünnü ala mey yeşaü min ıbadih ve ma kane lena en ne´tiyeküm bi sültanin illa bi iznillah ve alellahi fel yetevekkelil mü´minun

“Their apostles said to them: "True, we are human like yourselves, but God doth grant His grace to such of his servants as He pleases. It is not for us to bring you an authority except as God permits. And on God let all men of faith put their trust”

وَمَا لَنَآ أَلَّا نَتَوَكَّلَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ وَقَدۡ هَدَىٰنَا سُبُلَنَاۚ وَلَنَصۡبِرَنَّ عَلَىٰ مَآ ءَاذَيۡتُمُونَاۚ وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَلۡيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلۡمُتَوَكِّلُونَ ﴿١٢﴾

Ve ma lena ella netevekkele alellahi ve kad hedana sübülena ve lenasbiranne ala ma azeytümuna ve alellahi fel yetevekkelil müteveklkilun

“No reason have we why we should not put our trust on God. Indeed He Has guided us to the Ways we (follow). We shall certainly bear with patience all the hurt you may cause us. For those who put their trust should put their trust on God”

وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لِرُسُلِهِمۡ لَنُخۡرِجَنَّكُم مِّنۡ أَرۡضِنَآ أَوۡ لَتَعُودُنَّ فِي مِلَّتِنَاۖ فَأَوۡحَىٰٓ إِلَيۡهِمۡ رَبُّهُمۡ لَنُهۡلِكَنَّ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ ﴿١٣﴾

Ve kalellezıne keferu li rusülihim le nuhricenneküm min erdına ev leteudünne fı milletina fe evha ileyhim rabbühüm le nühlikennez zalimın

“And the Unbelievers said to their apostles: "Be sure we shall drive you out of our land, or ye shall return to our religion." But their Lord inspired (this Message) to them: "Verily We shall cause the wrong-doers to perish”

وَلَنُسۡكِنَنَّكُمُ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِمۡۚ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَنۡ خَافَ مَقَامِي وَخَافَ وَعِيدِ ﴿١٤﴾

Ve le nüskinennekümül erda mim ba´dihim zalike li men hafe mekamı ve hafe veıyd

“And verily We shall cause you to abide in the land, and succeed them. This for such as fear the Time when they shall stand before My tribunal,- such as fear the punishment denounced”

وَٱسۡتَفۡتَحُواْ وَخَابَ كُلُّ جَبَّارٍ عَنِيدࣲ‏ ﴿١٥﴾

Vesteftehu ve habe küllü cebbarin anıd

“But they sought victory and decision (there and then), and frustration was the lot of every powerful obstinate transgressor”

مِّن وَرَآئِهِۦ جَهَنَّمُ وَيُسۡقَىٰ مِن مَّآءࣲ صَدِيدࣲ‏ ﴿١٦﴾

Miv veraihı cehennemü ve yüska mim main sadıd

“In front of such a one is Hell, and he is given, for drink, boiling fetid water”

يَتَجَرَّعُهُۥ وَلَا يَكَادُ يُسِيغُهُۥ وَيَأۡتِيهِ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ مِن كُلِّ مَكَانࣲ وَمَا هُوَ بِمَيِّتࣲۖ وَمِن وَرَآئِهِۦ عَذَابٌ غَلِيظࣱ‏ ﴿١٧﴾

Yetecerrauhu ve la yekadü yüsığuhu ve ye´tıhil mevtü min külli mekaniv ve ma hüve bi meyyit ve miv veraihı azabün ğalıyz

“In gulps will he sip it, but never will he be near swallowing it down his throat: death will come to him from every quarter, yet will he not die: and in front of him will be a chastisement unrelenting”

مَّثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِرَبِّهِمۡۖ أَعۡمَٰلُهُمۡ كَرَمَادٍ ٱشۡتَدَّتۡ بِهِ ٱلرِّيحُ فِي يَوۡمٍ عَاصِفࣲۖ لَّا يَقۡدِرُونَ مِمَّا كَسَبُواْ عَلَىٰ شَيۡءࣲۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلضَّلَٰلُ ٱلۡبَعِيدُ ﴿١٨﴾

Meselüllezıne keferu bi rabbihim a´malühüm keramadinişteddet bihir rıhu fı yevmin asıf le yakdirune mimma kesebu ala şey´ zalike hüved dalalül beıyd

“The parable of those who reject their Lord is that their works are as ashes, on which the wind blows furiously on a tempestuous day: No power have they over aught that they have earned: that is the straying far, far (from the goal)”

أَلَمۡ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ بِٱلۡحَقِّۚ إِن يَشَأۡ يُذۡهِبۡكُمۡ وَيَأۡتِ بِخَلۡقࣲ جَدِيدࣲ‏ ﴿١٩﴾

E lem tera ennellahe halekas semavati vel erda bil hakk iy yeşe´ yüzhibküm ve ye´ti bi halkın cedıd

“Seest thou not that God created the heavens and the earth in Truth? If He so will, He can remove you and put (in your place) a new creation”

وَمَا ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ بِعَزِيزࣲ‏ ﴿٢٠﴾

Ve ma zalike alellahi bi azız

“Nor is that for God any great matter”

وَبَرَزُواْ لِلَّهِ جَمِيعࣰ ا فَقَالَ ٱلضُّعَفَٰٓؤُاْ لِلَّذِينَ ٱسۡتَكۡبَرُوٓاْ إِنَّا كُنَّا لَكُمۡ تَبَعࣰ ا فَهَلۡ أَنتُم مُّغۡنُونَ عَنَّا مِنۡ عَذَابِ ٱللَّهِ مِن شَيۡءࣲۚ قَالُواْ لَوۡ هَدَىٰنَا ٱللَّهُ لَهَدَيۡنَٰكُمۡۖ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيۡنَآ أَجَزِعۡنَآ أَمۡ صَبَرۡنَا مَا لَنَا مِن مَّحِيصࣲ‏ ﴿٢١﴾

Ve berazu lillahi cemıan fe kaled duafaü lillezınestekberu inna künna leküm tebean fe hel entüm muğnune anna min azabillahi min şey´ kalu lev hedanellahü le hedeynaküm sevaün aleyna ecezı´na em saberna ma lena mim mehıys

“They will all be marshalled before God together: then will the weak say to those who were arrogant, "For us, we but followed you; can ye then avail us to all against the wrath of God?" They will reply, "If we had received the Guidance of God, we should have given it to you: to us it makes no difference (now) whether we rage, or bear (these torments) with patience: for ourselves there is no way of escape”

وَقَالَ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ لَمَّا قُضِيَ ٱلۡأَمۡرُ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ وَعَدَكُمۡ وَعۡدَ ٱلۡحَقِّ وَوَعَدتُّكُمۡ فَأَخۡلَفۡتُكُمۡۖ وَمَا كَانَ لِيَ عَلَيۡكُم مِّن سُلۡطَٰنٍ إِلَّآ أَن دَعَوۡتُكُمۡ فَٱسۡتَجَبۡتُمۡ لِيۖ فَلَا تَلُومُونِي وَلُومُوٓاْ أَنفُسَكُمۖ مَّآ أَنَا۠ بِمُصۡرِخِكُمۡ وَمَآ أَنتُم بِمُصۡرِخِيَّ إِنِّي كَفَرۡتُ بِمَآ أَشۡرَكۡتُمُونِ مِن قَبۡلُۗ إِنَّ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ لَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمࣱ‏ ﴿٢٢﴾

Ve kaleş şeytanü lemma kudıyel emru innellahe veadeküm va´del hakkı ve veadtüküm fe ahleftüküm ve ma kane liye aleyküm min sültanin illa en deavtüküm festecebtüm lı fe la telumunı ve lumu enfüseküm ma ene bi musrihıküm ve ma entüm ib musrihıyy innı kefertü bima eşraktümuni min kabl innez zalimıne lehüm azabün elım

“And Satan will say when the matter is decided: "It was God Who gave you a promise of Truth: I too promised, but I failed in my promise to you. I had no authority over you except to call you but ye listened to me: then reproach not me, but reproach your own souls. I cannot listen to your cries, nor can ye listen to mine. I reject your former act in associating me with God. For wrong-doers there must be a grievous penalty”

وَأُدۡخِلَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ جَنَّٰتࣲ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا بِإِذۡنِ رَبِّهِمۡۖ تَحِيَّتُهُمۡ فِيهَا سَلَٰمٌ ﴿٢٣﴾

Ve üdhılellezıne amenu ve amilus salihati cennatin tecrı min tahtihel enharu halidıne fıha bi izni rabbihim tehıyyetühüm fıha selam

“But those who believe and work righteousness will be admitted to gardens beneath which rivers flow,- to dwell therein for aye with the leave of their Lord. Their greeting therein will be: "Peace”

أَلَمۡ تَرَ كَيۡفَ ضَرَبَ ٱللَّهُ مَثَلࣰ ا كَلِمَةࣰ طَيِّبَةࣰ كَشَجَرَةࣲ طَيِّبَةٍ أَصۡلُهَا ثَابِتࣱ وَفَرۡعُهَا فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ ﴿٢٤﴾

E lem tera keyfe darabellahü meselen kelimeten ttttayyibeten ke şeceratin tayyibetin aslüha sabitüv ve fer´uha fis sema´

“Seest thou not how God sets forth a parable? - A goodly word like a goodly tree, whose root is firmly fixed, and its branches (reach) to the heavens,- of its Lord. So God sets forth parables for men, in order that they may receive admonition”

تُؤۡتِيٓ أُكُلَهَا كُلَّ حِينِۭ بِإِذۡنِ رَبِّهَاۗ وَيَضۡرِبُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡأَمۡثَالَ لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ ﴿٢٥﴾

Tü´tı üküleha külle hıynim bi izni rabbiha ve yadribüllahül emsale lin nasi leallehüm yetezekkerun

“It brings forth its fruit at all times, by the leave of its Lord. So God sets forth parables for men, in order that they may receive admonition”

وَمَثَلُ كَلِمَةٍ خَبِيثَةࣲ كَشَجَرَةٍ خَبِيثَةٍ ٱجۡتُثَّتۡ مِن فَوۡقِ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مَا لَهَا مِن قَرَارࣲ‏ ﴿٢٦﴾

Ve meselü kelimetin habısetin ke şeceratin habısetinictüsset min fevkıl erdı ma leha min karar

“And the parable of an evil Word is that of an evil tree: It is torn up by the root from the surface of the earth: it has no stability”

يُثَبِّتُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ بِٱلۡقَوۡلِ ٱلثَّابِتِ فِي ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَفِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِۖ وَيُضِلُّ ٱللَّهُ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَۚ وَيَفۡعَلُ ٱللَّهُ مَا يَشَآءُ ﴿٢٧﴾

Yüsebbitüllahüllezıne amenu bil kavlis sabiti fil hayatid dünya ve fil ahırah ve yüdılüllahüz zalimıne ve yef´alüllahü ma yeşa´

“God will establish in strength those who believe, with the word that stands firm, in this world and in the Hereafter; but God will leave, to stray, those who do wrong: God doeth what He willeth”

۞أَلَمۡ تَرَ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ بَدَّلُواْ نِعۡمَتَ ٱللَّهِ كُفۡرࣰ ا وَأَحَلُّواْ قَوۡمَهُمۡ دَارَ ٱلۡبَوَارِ ﴿٢٨﴾

E lem tera ilellezıne beddelu nı´metellahi küfrav ve ehallu kavmehüm daral bevar

“Hast thou not turned thy vision to those who have changed the favour of God. Into blasphemy and caused their people to descend to the House of Perdition”

جَهَنَّمَ يَصۡلَوۡنَهَاۖ وَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡقَرَارُ ﴿٢٩﴾

Cehennem yaslevneha ve bi´sel karar

“Into Hell? They will burn therein,- an evil place to stay in”

وَجَعَلُواْ لِلَّهِ أَندَادࣰ ا لِّيُضِلُّواْ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦۗ قُلۡ تَمَتَّعُواْ فَإِنَّ مَصِيرَكُمۡ إِلَى ٱلنَّارِ ﴿٣٠﴾

Ve cealu lillahi endadel li yüdıllu an sebılih kul temetteu fe inne mesıyraküm ilen nar

“And they set up (idols) as equal to God, to mislead (men) from the Path! Say: "Enjoy (your brief power)! But verily ye are making straightway for Hell”

قُل لِّعِبَادِيَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ يُقِيمُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَيُنفِقُواْ مِمَّا رَزَقۡنَٰهُمۡ سِرࣰّ ا وَعَلَانِيَةࣰ مِّن قَبۡلِ أَن يَأۡتِيَ يَوۡمࣱ لَّا بَيۡعࣱ فِيهِ وَلَا خِلَٰلٌ ﴿٣١﴾

Kul li ıbadiyellezıne amenu yükıymus salate ve yünfiku mimma razaknahüm sirrav ve alaniyetem min kabli ey ye´tiye yevmül la bey´un fıhi ve la hılal

“Speak to my servants who have believed, that they may establish regular prayers, and spend (in charity) out of the sustenance we have given them, secretly and openly, before the coming of a Day in which there will be neither mutual bargaining nor befriending”

ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَأَنزَلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءࣰ فَأَخۡرَجَ بِهِۦ مِنَ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ رِزۡقࣰ ا لَّكُمۡۖ وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ ٱلۡفُلۡكَ لِتَجۡرِيَ فِي ٱلۡبَحۡرِ بِأَمۡرِهِۦۖ وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرَ ﴿٣٢﴾

Allahüllezı halekas semavati vel erda ve enzele mines semai maen fe ahrace bihı mines semerati rizkal leküm ve sehhara lekümül fülke li tecriye fil bahri bi emrih ve sehhara lekümül enha

“It is God Who hath created the heavens and the earth and sendeth down rain from the skies, and with it bringeth out fruits wherewith to feed you; it is He Who hath made the ships subject to you, that they may sail through the sea by His command; and the rivers (also) hath He made subject to you”

وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ ٱلشَّمۡسَ وَٱلۡقَمَرَ دَآئِبَيۡنِۖ وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ ٱلَّيۡلَ وَٱلنَّهَارَ ﴿٣٣﴾

Ve sehha lekümüş şemse vel kamera daibeyn ve sehhara lekümül leyle ven nehar

“And He hath made subject to you the sun and the moon, both diligently pursuing their courses; and the night and the day hath he (also) made subject to you”

وَءَاتَىٰكُم مِّن كُلِّ مَا سَأَلۡتُمُوهُۚ وَإِن تَعُدُّواْ نِعۡمَتَ ٱللَّهِ لَا تُحۡصُوهَآۗ إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ لَظَلُومࣱ كَفَّارࣱ‏ ﴿٣٤﴾

Ve ataküm min külli ma seeltümuh ve in teudu nı´metellahi la tuhsuha innel insane le zalumün keffar

“And He giveth you of all that ye ask for. But if ye count the favours of God, never will ye be able to number them. Verily, man is given up to injustice and ingratitude”

وَإِذۡ قَالَ إِبۡرَٰهِيمُ رَبِّ ٱجۡعَلۡ هَٰذَا ٱلۡبَلَدَ ءَامِنࣰ ا وَٱجۡنُبۡنِي وَبَنِيَّ أَن نَّعۡبُدَ ٱلۡأَصۡنَامَ ﴿٣٥﴾

Ve iz kale ibrahımü rabbic´al hazel belede aminev vecnübnı ve beniyye en na´büdel asnam

“Remember Abraham said: "O my Lord! make this city one of peace and security: and preserve me and my sons from worshipping idols”

رَبِّ إِنَّهُنَّ أَضۡلَلۡنَ كَثِيرࣰ ا مِّنَ ٱلنَّاسِۖ فَمَن تَبِعَنِي فَإِنَّهُۥ مِنِّيۖ وَمَنۡ عَصَانِي فَإِنَّكَ غَفُورࣱ رَّحِيمࣱ‏ ﴿٣٦﴾

Rabbi innehünne adlelne kesıram minen nas fe men tebianı fe innehu minnı ve men asanı fe inneke ğafurur rahıym

“O my Lord! they have indeed led astray many among mankind; He then who follows my (ways) is of me, and he that disobeys me,- but Thou art indeed Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful”

رَّبَّنَآ إِنِّيٓ أَسۡكَنتُ مِن ذُرِّيَّتِي بِوَادٍ غَيۡرِ ذِي زَرۡعٍ عِندَ بَيۡتِكَ ٱلۡمُحَرَّمِ رَبَّنَا لِيُقِيمُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ فَٱجۡعَلۡ أَفۡـِٔدَةࣰ مِّنَ ٱلنَّاسِ تَهۡوِيٓ إِلَيۡهِمۡ وَٱرۡزُقۡهُم مِّنَ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَشۡكُرُونَ ﴿٣٧﴾

Rabbena innı eskentü min zürriyyetı bi vadin ğayri zı zer´ın ınde beytikel muharrami rabbena li yükıymus salate fec´al ef´idetem minen nasi tehvı ileyhim verzukhüm mines semerati leallehüm yeşkürun

“O our Lord! I have made some of my offspring to dwell in a valley without cultivation, by Thy Sacred House; in order, O our Lord, that they may establish regular Prayer: so fill the hearts of some among men with love towards them, and feed them with fruits: so that they may give thanks”

رَبَّنَآ إِنَّكَ تَعۡلَمُ مَا نُخۡفِي وَمَا نُعۡلِنُۗ وَمَا يَخۡفَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ مِن شَيۡءࣲ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَا فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ ﴿٣٨﴾

Rabbena inneke ta´lemü ma nuhfı ve ma nı´lin ve ma yahfa alellahi min şey´in fil erdı ve la fis sema´

“O our Lord! truly Thou dost know what we conceal and what we reveal: for nothing whatever is hidden from God, whether on earth or in heaven”

ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي وَهَبَ لِي عَلَى ٱلۡكِبَرِ إِسۡمَٰعِيلَ وَإِسۡحَٰقَۚ إِنَّ رَبِّي لَسَمِيعُ ٱلدُّعَآءِ ﴿٣٩﴾

Elhamdü lillahillezı vehebe lı alel kiberi ismaıyle ve ishak inne rabbı le semıud düa´

“Praise be to God, Who hath granted unto me in old age Isma'il and Isaac: for truly my Lord is He, the Hearer of Prayer”

رَبِّ ٱجۡعَلۡنِي مُقِيمَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِيۚ رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلۡ دُعَآءِ ﴿٤٠﴾

Rabbic´alnı mükıymes salati ve imn zürriyyetı rabbena ve tekabbel düa´

“O my Lord! make me one who establishes regular Prayer, and also (raise such) among my offspring O our Lord! and accept Thou my Prayer”

رَبَّنَا ٱغۡفِرۡ لِي وَلِوَٰلِدَيَّ وَلِلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ يَوۡمَ يَقُومُ ٱلۡحِسَابُ ﴿٤١﴾

Rabbenağfir lı ve li valideyye ve lil mü´minıne yevme yekumül hısab

“O our Lord! cover (us) with Thy Forgiveness - me, my parents, and (all) Believers, on the Day that the Reckoning will be established”

وَلَا تَحۡسَبَنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَٰفِلًا عَمَّا يَعۡمَلُ ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَۚ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمۡ لِيَوۡمࣲ تَشۡخَصُ فِيهِ ٱلۡأَبۡصَٰرُ ﴿٤٢﴾

Ve la tahsebennellahe ğafilen amma ya´melüz zalimun innema yüehhıruhüm li yevmin teşhasu fıhil ebsar

“Think not that God doth not heed the deeds of those who do wrong. He but giveth them respite against a Day when the eyes will fixedly stare in horror”

مُهۡطِعِينَ مُقۡنِعِي رُءُوسِهِمۡ لَا يَرۡتَدُّ إِلَيۡهِمۡ طَرۡفُهُمۡۖ وَأَفۡـِٔدَتُهُمۡ هَوَآءࣱ‏ ﴿٤٣﴾

Mühtııyne mükniıy ruusihim la yerteddü ileyhim tarfühüm ve ef´idetühüm heva´

“They running forward with necks outstretched, their heads uplifted, their gaze returning not towards them, and their hearts a (gaping) void”

وَأَنذِرِ ٱلنَّاسَ يَوۡمَ يَأۡتِيهِمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُ فَيَقُولُ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ رَبَّنَآ أَخِّرۡنَآ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلࣲ قَرِيبࣲ نُّجِبۡ دَعۡوَتَكَ وَنَتَّبِعِ ٱلرُّسُلَۗ أَوَلَمۡ تَكُونُوٓاْ أَقۡسَمۡتُم مِّن قَبۡلُ مَا لَكُم مِّن زَوَالࣲ‏ ﴿٤٤﴾

Ve enzirin nase yevme ye´tıhimül azabü fe yekulüllezıne zalemu rabbena ahhırna ila ecelin karıbin nücib da´veteke ve nettebiır rusül e ve lem tekunu aksemtüm min kablü ma leküm min zeval

“So warn mankind of the Day when the Wrath will reach them: then will the wrong-doers say: "Our Lord! respite us (if only) for a short term: we will answer Thy call, and follow the apostles!" "What! were ye not wont to swear aforetime that ye should suffer no decline”

وَسَكَنتُمۡ فِي مَسَٰكِنِ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوٓاْ أَنفُسَهُمۡ وَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمۡ كَيۡفَ فَعَلۡنَا بِهِمۡ وَضَرَبۡنَا لَكُمُ ٱلۡأَمۡثَالَ ﴿٤٥﴾

Ve sekentüm fı mesakinillezıne zalemu enfüsehüm ve tebeyyene leküm keyfe fealna bihim ve darabna lekümül emsal

“And ye dwelt in the dwellings of men who wronged their own souls; ye were clearly shown how We dealt with them; and We put forth (many) parables in your behoof”

وَقَدۡ مَكَرُواْ مَكۡرَهُمۡ وَعِندَ ٱللَّهِ مَكۡرُهُمۡ وَإِن كَانَ مَكۡرُهُمۡ لِتَزُولَ مِنۡهُ ٱلۡجِبَالُ ﴿٤٦﴾

Ve kad mekeru mekrahüm ve ındellahi mekruhüm ve in kane mekruhüm li tezule minhül cibal

“Mighty indeed were the plots which they made, but their plots were (well) within the sight of God, even though they were such as to shake the hills”

فَلَا تَحۡسَبَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُخۡلِفَ وَعۡدِهِۦ رُسُلَهُۥٓۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَزِيزࣱ ذُو ٱنتِقَامࣲ‏ ﴿٤٧﴾

Fe la tahsebennellahe muhlife va´dihı rusüleh innellahe azızün züntikam

“Never think that God would fail his apostles in His promise: for God is Exalted in power, - the Lord of Retribution”

يَوۡمَ تُبَدَّلُ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ غَيۡرَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتُۖ وَبَرَزُواْ لِلَّهِ ٱلۡوَٰحِدِ ٱلۡقَهَّارِ ﴿٤٨﴾

Yevme tübeddelül erdu ğayral erdı ve semavatü ve berazu lillahil vahıdil kahhar

“One day the earth will be changed to a different earth, and so will be the heavens, and (men) will be marshalled forth, before God, the One, the Irresistible”

وَتَرَى ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ يَوۡمَئِذࣲ مُّقَرَّنِينَ فِي ٱلۡأَصۡفَادِ ﴿٤٩﴾

Ve teral mücrimıne yevmeizim mükarranıne fil asfad

“And thou wilt see the sinners that day bound together in fetters”

سَرَابِيلُهُم مِّن قَطِرَانࣲ وَتَغۡشَىٰ وُجُوهَهُمُ ٱلنَّارُ ﴿٥٠﴾

Serabilühüm min katıraniv ve tağşa vücuhehümün nar

“Their garments of liquid pitch, and their faces covered with Fire”

لِيَجۡزِيَ ٱللَّهُ كُلَّ نَفۡسࣲ مَّا كَسَبَتۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَرِيعُ ٱلۡحِسَابِ ﴿٥١﴾

Li yecziyellahü külle nefsim ma kesebet innellahe serıul hısab

“That God may requite each soul according to its deserts; and verily God is swift in calling to account”

هَٰذَا بَلَٰغࣱ لِّلنَّاسِ وَلِيُنذَرُواْ بِهِۦ وَلِيَعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّمَا هُوَ إِلَٰهࣱ وَٰحِدࣱ وَلِيَذَّكَّرَ أُوْلُواْ ٱلۡأَلۡبَٰبِ ﴿٥٢﴾

Haza belağul lin nasi ve li yünzeru bihı ve liya´lemu ennema hüve ilahüv vahıdüv ve liyezzekkera ülül elbab

“Here is a Message for mankind: Let them take warning therefrom, and let them know that He is (no other than) One God: let men of understanding take heed”
