In order, they are recited when rinsing the nose, washing the face, washing the right and left arms, wiping the head, ears and neck, and washing the right and left feet. Dua Text

What Is Asked in This Dua
The wudu duas are a set of pleas that link the body part washed or wiped at each step of wudu to its state on the Day of Judgment. When rinsing the nose, the servant asks to smell the fragrance of Paradise and to be kept away from the stench of Hell. When washing the face, he asks that his face be brightened with light on the day when the faces of Allah’s friends will shine. When washing the right arm, he asks that his record of deeds be given in his right hand and that his reckoning be easy; when washing the left arm, he asks that his record not be given in his left hand or from behind.
When wiping the head, the servant asks to be enveloped in mercy, to receive blessings and to be shaded in the shadow of the Throne; when wiping the ears, he asks to be one of those who listen to the word and follow the best of it. When wiping the neck, he asks to be freed from the Fire and protected from chains and shackles. When washing the right foot, he asks to stand firm on the Sirat on the day when feet will slip; when washing the left foot, he asks that his effort be accepted, his sins forgiven, his deeds accepted and his trade never perish. The source recommends reciting these duas, saying “wudu without duas is lacking in virtue.”
When and How to Recite
Each dua is recited at the corresponding step of wudu: when rinsing the nose, washing the face, washing the right and left arms, wiping the head, ears and neck, and washing the right and left feet. The source narrates that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ recited these duas while making wudu; no specific number of repetitions is mentioned, and each is recited once at its body part. Since wudu is considered the foundation of the prayer, these duas are counted among the effective duas. If memorizing them all is difficult, one can also make the dua for each body part with its meaning in one’s own language.
Virtue
It is narrated that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ recited these duas while making wudu. The source book recommends reciting them, saying “wudu without duas is lacking in virtue.” Since wudu is considered the foundation of the prayer, the wudu duas are counted among the effective duas.
