سُوْرَةُ الْقَارِعَةِ

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
Bismillahirrahmanirrahim
In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
مَا ٱلۡقَارِعَةُ ﴿٢﴾
Mel kariah
“What is the (Day) of Noise and Clamour”
وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا ٱلۡقَارِعَةُ ﴿٣﴾
Ve ma edrake mel kariah
“And what will explain to thee what the (Day) of Noise and Clamour is”
يَوۡمَ يَكُونُ ٱلنَّاسُ كَٱلۡفَرَاشِ ٱلۡمَبۡثُوثِ ﴿٤﴾
Yevme yekunün nasü kelferaşil mebsus
“(It is) a Day whereon men will be like moths scattered about”
وَتَكُونُ ٱلۡجِبَالُ كَٱلۡعِهۡنِ ٱلۡمَنفُوشِ ﴿٥﴾
Ve tekunül cibalü kelıhnil menfuş
“And the mountains will be like carded wool”
فَأَمَّا مَن ثَقُلَتۡ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ ﴿٦﴾
Fe emma men sekulet mevazınüh
“Then, he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) heavy”
فَهُوَ فِي عِيشَةࣲ رَّاضِيَةࣲ ﴿٧﴾
Fe hüve fi ıyşetir radıyeh
“Will be in a life of good pleasure and satisfaction”
وَأَمَّا مَنۡ خَفَّتۡ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ ﴿٨﴾
Ve emma men haffet mevazınüh
“But he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) light”
فَأُمُّهُۥ هَاوِيَةࣱ ﴿٩﴾
Fe ümmühu havıyeh
“Will have his home in a (bottomless) Pit”
وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا هِيَهۡ ﴿١٠﴾
Ve ma edrake mahiyeh
“And what will explain to thee what this is”
نَارٌ حَامِيَةُۢ ﴿١١﴾
Narun hamiyeh
“(It is) a Fire Blazing fiercely”
